RSS Entertainment FZCO is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice. We are a Freezone Company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates under trade licence 57159, issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority.

If you use our contact form or contact us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or another channel, we receive the information you choose to provide. The form collects your name, email address, optional phone number and event date, event type, message, and privacy acknowledgement. We normally obtain this information directly from you; if someone enquires on your behalf, we may receive it from that person or organisation.

Our hosting, security, and transactional-email providers may process limited technical and enquiry data to deliver the form and protect it from misuse. Technical data may include IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring URL, and security logs. We do not intentionally request special-category data, criminal-offence data, or identity documents through this website.

We use enquiry and client information to respond, prepare proposals, take requested steps before a contract, and provide agreed services. Under EU and UK data-protection law, the bases are taking pre-contract steps and performing a contract.

We rely on legitimate interests to operate and improve our business, keep appropriate correspondence, secure the website, prevent misuse, and establish or defend legal claims. Those interests are balanced against your rights. We use information where necessary to meet legal obligations, and use consent where the law requires it, including for certain direct marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Where information is necessary to prepare or perform a contract, declining to provide it may mean we cannot quote for or deliver the requested service. We do not use personal data for solely automated decisions or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not sell personal information. We may share it only as reasonably necessary with hosting and communication providers, professional advisers, venues, performers, production partners, payment or business service providers, a purchaser in a genuine business transaction, or public authorities where legally required.

RSS Entertainment FZCO is established in the UAE, so information sent to us may be processed in the UAE. Some providers may also process information in other countries. Where EU or UK restricted-transfer rules apply, we use an applicable adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another lawful safeguard or permitted derogation. Routine enquiries that do not become bookings are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Client, contract, invoice, and transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting, tax, insurance, contractual, and legal-claims rules. Marketing records are retained until consent is withdrawn or you opt out, with a minimal suppression record kept where needed to honour that choice. Security records are kept only as long as needed to investigate and protect against misuse.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, access controls, and service-provider protections. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information unless necessary and an appropriate secure method has been agreed. We assess and respond to personal-data breaches and notify affected people and regulators where the applicable law requires it.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to be informed; access and receive a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing; receive certain data in a portable format; withdraw consent; and obtain human review of qualifying automated decisions. We do not currently carry out such automated decision-making.

Email rebecca@therssentertainment.com to exercise a right. We normally respond within one month under EU and UK GDPR, subject to lawful extensions. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it. You may complain to the supervisory authority in your EU/EEA country, the UK Information Commissioner's Office if UK GDPR applies, or the competent UAE authority. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.

Our business is established in the UAE and our services are primarily marketed and delivered there. We apply the rights and safeguards in this notice where EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies to a particular processing activity. We do not currently maintain an establishment or appointed representative in the EU or UK. Before intentionally offering services in a way that triggers a representative requirement, we will appoint and identify the appropriate representative.

This website is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, and other third-party services are governed by those providers' own privacy notices. We do not control their independent processing.

We may update this policy when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
